摘要 GIS技术已成为煤炭开采损害评价重要和便捷的工具。针对我国东部高潜水位矿区开采沉陷耕地损害的特征,着重从系统构建的角度,分析了系统功能的总体设计、数据库的建立和实现的技术方法。基于Arcgis的AO组件库,借助ActiveX技术、三维可视化等技术,构建了采煤沉陷区耕地生产力损害评价、二维及三维可视化和补偿计算的一体化评价系统。选取鲍店矿典型采煤沉陷区为评价对象,对本系统进行了工程应用。评价结果基本符合实况,表明了系统的科学性、有效性。 GIS technology has become an important and convenient tools for evaluation of coal mining damage. In view of the damage characteristics of farmland due to mining subsidence within mining area with high phreatic water level in the eastern part of China, the general design of the system function, the establishment of database and technology of implementation are analyzed emphatically from the point of view of construction of the system. Based on the AO component libraries of Arcgis and with the aid of ActiveX technology and 3D visualization technique, the integrated evaluation system of damage evaluation for farmland productivity, 2D and 3D visualization, compensate calculation in mining subsidence area is constructed. The system is applied in damage evaluation for typical mining subsidence of Baodian Coal Mine. The evaluation results mainly accord with the actual situation and shows that the system is scientific and effective.
