摘要 论述了涂装工艺对重防腐涂料性能实现的重要性,介绍了高性能涂装设备──无气喷涂机的型号、特点及其适用的重防腐涂料类型,概述了钢结构缺陷及其预处理等级,不同重防腐涂料对表面处理的要求以及表面处理成本。指出涂装工艺流程的设计以重防腐涂料的涂层配套方案和规定的膜厚,现有涂装设备和涂装流水线的特点,及重防腐涂料的各项施工性能等作为依据。 The importance of coating process for achieving the performance of heavy-duty paints was discussed. The airless spraying machine, a high-performance coating equipment, was introduced, including its models, features, and applicable heavy-duty paints. The defects of steel structure and its pretreatment grades, requirements of surface treatment for various heavy-duty paints, and surface treatment costs were summarized. It was suggested that the design of coating process be based on the following aspects: supporting scheme for heavy-duty paints, stated coating thicknesses, characteristics of the existing coating facilities and flow line, and construction performance of heavy-duty paints.
