板模胶结矿柱与注浆胶结矿柱充填工艺对比试验

摘要 通过工业试验对比,对模板胶结充填工艺与注浆胶结矿柱充填工艺在上向水平分层采矿法矿山中的应用进行了试验与研究,主要针对工艺施工质量、施工效率和施工难度进行了比较论证,从而得出模板胶结矿柱充填工艺具有工艺便利、效率相对高、施工质量高、分层回采工艺周期相对短、贫化和损失率指标低等优势,对于上向水平分层采矿法的矿山而言,其具有明显的施工优势,是值得推广的工艺。 Through the industrial experiments, the cemented pillar using template and grouting cemented pillar filling technology used in upward horizontal slicing method were analyzed and researched. The quality, efficiency and the difficulty in construction were discussed, and a conclusion was drawn that the cemented pillar using template filling has convenient process, relatively high efficiency, high quality construction and relatively short layer extraction cycle, low dilution and loss rate, so the cemented pillar using template filling technology has obvious advantages in construction for the mines using upward horizontal slicing mining method, and it is worth spreading.
