摘要
针对测力仪所存在的问题 ,利用自组织模糊神经网络 ,提出了基于电机电流信号的间接力学建模的新方法 .基于Merchant斜角切削理论 ,给出了球头铣刀的动态力学模型 ,以避开复杂的工程塑性理论 ,分析了两种建模方法的互补性 .
On the basis of motor current, a new method for indirect force modeling with self organizing fuzzy neural network to overcome the faults of dynameters is developed. Basing on Merchant oblique cutting theory, dynamic force model for Ball end milling cutter is presented for avoiding the complicated engineering plasticity theory. The combinative performance of these two modeling method is analyzed in this paper.
