将就业能力培养与德性培养有机结合,就要从高职教育所担当的社会责任出发,从教育对象个人发展的实际需求出发,遵循教育规律,既关心学生的初次就业问题,更着眼于培养学生的终身就业能力,切实提高高职学生的就业竞争力。

To integrate employability training with the cultivation of morality, higher vocational schools should start from the social responsibility borne by higher vocational education and from the actual needs of personal development, follow the education law, concern students＇ initial employment as well as focus more on cultivating their lifelong employability, hence to effectively improve their employability and competitiveness.
