Enterprises' Value and Concept of Social Work:Their Fusion and Realization in Modern Enterprise Management

企业社会工作在现代企业中有其生存的巨大空间和发挥优势的土壤,这已经在西方企业发展实践中得到历史的考量。企业社会工作在我国的开展与推进还受到现有体制结构、缺乏独立的服务空间、社会认同度和接纳度不高、缺乏一定的资金与专业人才等制约因素的影响。因此,在我国寻找企业社会工作本土化之路,必须以理念的渗透和融合作为渐进式发展的开端,依托现有的体制与组织,充分发挥企业社工自身的专业优势,努力开拓服务领域和介入空间,以促进企业社会工作的有效开展。

In modern enterprises,enterprises' social work has great potentials to develop and strengthen,which were proven in the practice of western enterprises.In our country,this work during its promotion and progress is affected by some restrictions,such as backward institutional structure,lack of independent space of service,lower social recognition and acceptance,and inadequate funds and qualified personnel,etc.Therefore,when our enterprises seek a way to expansion of their social work,we should follow a gradual development by the fusing and penetration of social work concept at first,and grounding on current institutions and organizations,bring into full play their specialized advantage in social work,and take every effort to expand service fields,so as to promote an effective implementation of their social work.
