不同生理状态云南松木段挥发物化学成分比较 被引量:7

Analysis of Volatile Constituents in Pine Logs from Pinus yunnanensis Under Different Physiological States

摘要 采用顶空吸附法对健康松、衰弱松、枯死松的木段进行挥发性物质收集。通过GC-MS联用技术和计算机信息检索法对3种生理状态下松树木段挥发物化学成分进行了分离鉴定,用离子流峰面积归一法通过化学工作站数据处理系统确定了各成分的相对体积分数。比较结果表明:云南松在衰败过程中木段挥发性成分及相对体积分数发生了显著变化,主要化合物成分α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯相对体积分数减少;莰烯、月桂烯、3-蒈烯、柠檬烯、异松油烯、β-松油醇、1,4-二甲基-2-异丁基苯相对体积分数均有不同程度增加;马鞭草烯、2-甲基茚、1,4-二甲基金刚烷、马鞭草烯酮等化合物存在于衰弱木段和枯死木段中,且相对体积分数呈现上升趋势;α-松油醇、γ-松油醇、L-香芹酮仅存在于衰弱木段中;罗勒烯、反式松香芹醇、蒎莰酮、α-柏木烯、双环大香叶烯等12种挥发物成分仅出现于枯死木段中。 The volatiles in healthy, debilitated, and dying pine logs of Pinus yunnanensis were collected using head-space ad- sorption method. Chemical constituents of oils in three states were isolated and identified using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and computer information searching. The relative contents of the volatile constituents were calculat- ed by ionic flow chromatographic area normalization method. Results showed that the constituents and contents of volatiles changed largely during the process from healthy to debilitated and then to dying. The relative content of the main compound constituents decreased, such as α-pinene and β-pinene. The relative contents of camphene, myrcene, 3-carene, limo- nene, terpinolene, β-terpineol, 1, 4-dimethyl-2-isobutyl-benzene increased to different extents. The relative contents of verbenone, 2-methylindene, 1,4-dimethyladamantane and verbenone found in debilitated logs and dying logs exhibited an upward trend. Some compounds were found only in debilitated logs, including α-Terpineol, γ-Terpineol and L-Carvone, while ocimene, S-pinocarveol, pinocamphone, α-cedrene, bicyclogermacrene and other seven volatile constituents were found only in dying logs.
