废弃纤维板制备的活性炭对含铜离子废水的吸附 被引量:11

摘要 以废弃纤维板为原料,KOH为活化剂,制备了低成本的活性炭。通过单因素试验来选择处理含铜离子废水的工艺。同时研究了活性炭吸附铜离子的吸附动力学和吸附等温线。结果表明,用活性炭处理200 mL的初始质量浓度为20 mg/L的铜离子溶液时,活性炭用量为65 g,温度为30℃,pH=5时,240 min后吸附就达到平衡,活性炭吸附铜离子的吸附性能最佳。活性炭对铜离子的吸附行为遵循二级动力学规律,Langmuir等温线更符合铜离子在活性炭中的吸附行为的描述。 Activated carbons were prepared from waste Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) by potassium hydroxide. Four factors of contact time, pH, adsorbent dose and temperature, influencing the copper adsorption capacity of activated carbon were selected by single factor experiment. When the initial concentration of Cu2+ was 20 mg/L and the solution was 200 mL, the optimal parameters were obtained as dosage of activated carbons 0.65 g, temperature 30 degrees C, and solution pH 5.0, and the adsorption equilibrium was just 240 rain. The kinetics of copper adsorption nicely followed the pseudo-second-order rate expression. In adsorption isotherm, the Langmuir model fitted better than Freundlich model in copper adsorption.
