摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件——FLUENT研究了富氧浓度对高温阶段梭式窑内换热特性的影响。结果表明采用富氧空气助燃技术,提高窑内温度的同时也增大了窑内温差。分析了产生截面温差的原因,为梭式窑富氧燃烧的稳定运行奠定理论基础。
The effect of oxygen concentration on the heat-transfer characteristics in the high-temperature stage of shuttle kiln was investigated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software - FLUENT. The results show that the oxygen-enriched combustion technology can raise the temperature, and increase the temperature difference. Causes of cross-section temperature difference were analyzed to find the theory basis for the stable operation of oxygen-enriched combustion in the shuttle kiln.
