摘要
研究了纤维素酶酶解苹果废干渣转化为还原糖的适宜条件 ,实验讨论了不同的温度、酶解时间、酶解底物初始 p H值、底物质量分数、纤维素酶添加量及碱处理条件下对酶解效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,纤维素酶酶解苹果干渣的最适宜条件是在不经过碱处理 ,50℃ ,p H初始值为 5.0 ,纤维素酶用量为每克底物 2 0× 0 .0 1 667× 1 0 -6mol/s的情况下酶解 1 2 h。
The optimum conditions of the apple pomace treated by cellulase to produce glucose have been studied. The effects of the degradaton which is influenced by the different temperature, reacting time,pH value, the concentration of the cellulose, the concentration of cellulase and the treatment with alkali have been discussed by experiments.The results show that the optimum conditions are :50℃,pH=5.0, cellulase concentration 20×0.01667×10 -6 mol/s, react for 12h and do not treat the apple pomace with alkali. In the range of the reacting time we adopted, the influence of the concentration of the cellulose can be ignored.
