摘要
MoO3具有电致变色、光致变色、光催化降解以及气敏特性等性质,因此在许多功能材料方面具有特殊的用途。而MoO3一维纳米材料兼具氧化钼本身和一维纳米材料的优点,极大的拓宽了MoO3半导体材料的应用。本文对MoO3一维纳米材料进行了介绍,包括纳米线/纳米棒、纳米带、纳米管、同轴纳米电缆,并概述了这几类材料的制备方法。
With its distinctive properties of electrochromism, photochromism, photocatalysis and gas sensing, MoO3 has been widely used in many functional materials. One-dimensional MoO3 nanomaterials possess both the intrinsic properties of MoO3 and the advantages of one-dimensional nanometer materials, greatly broadening the application of MoO3 semiconductor materials. This paper outlines the one-dimensional MoO3 nanomaterials, including nanowires, nanorods, nanobelts, nanotubes, and coaxial nanocables. The preparation methods of one-dimensional MoO3 nanomatedals are also introduced in this paper.
