摘要
通过DSC曲线分析、金相组织、透射组织观察等手段,研究了在不同温度与保温时间下的单级、分级均匀化退火处理对一种Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织的影响。试验结果表明:最佳均匀化退火制度为250℃24 h+465℃24 h+485℃9 h,经该均匀化制度处理后,其合金基体较单级均匀化处理后的基体更洁净。
The effect of single and multi-step homogenization at different temperature with different holding time on microstructure of A1-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy have been investigated by DSC curve, metallographic structure and transmission structure. The result shows that the optimum homogenization system is 250℃24 h +465℃24 h +485℃9 h ,which can make the al- loy matrix more clean than that which has been treated by single homogenization treatment.
