摘要
目的:优选萸丹胶囊的水提工艺。方法:以马钱苷、丹酚酸B、绿原酸的综合保留率为评价指标,单因素试验考察提取次数;选取加水量、浸泡时间及煎煮时间为考察因素,采用正交试验设计优选萸丹胶囊的水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水浸泡0.5 h,煎煮1 h,过滤,滤渣加6倍量水煎煮1 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定、合理,可为萸丹胶囊的生产提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize water extraction technology of Yudan capsule. Method: With comprehensive retention rate of loganin, salvianolic acid B and chlorogenie acid as index, extraction times was optimized by single factor test; the amount of water, soaking time and boiling time were chosen as factors, water extraction technology of Yudan capsule was optimized by orthogonal design. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follows: soaked 0.5 h with 8 times the amount of water, decocted for 1 h, filtered, residues added 6 folds the amount of water and decocted for 1 h. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and reasonable, which provided experimental basis for production of Yudan capsule.
