Optimization of Extraction Technology for Compound Yangshen Yizhi Tablet

目的:优选复方洋参益智片部分药材的提取工艺。方法:采用回流醇提法,HPLC测定阿魏酸含量,以阿魏酸含量为检测指标,选取乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取次数为考察因素,通过L9(34)正交试验法优选复方洋参益智片提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8,6倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次提取时间1.5 h。结论:优化的复方洋参益智片提取工艺稳定可行。

Objective： To optimize extraction technology of some herbs from compound Yangshen Yizhi tablet. Method： Reflux ethanol extraction was used, with the content of ferulic acid as index, which was determined by HPLC, L9 （34） orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction technology with the concentration of ethanol, the amount of extraction solvent and extraction times as factors. Result： Optimum extraction technology was： extracted 2 times with 8, 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol, 1.5 h per time. Conclusion： This oPtimized extraction technology of compound Yangshen Yizhi tablet was stable and reliable.
