摘要
目的:优选老鹳草巴布剂基质配方。方法:以成型巴布剂的黏着力、赋型性、综合感官为综合评价指标,选取NP700、酒石酸、PVP-K90、甘羟铝为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交设计法评定不同材料配比下巴布剂的性能。结果:最佳基质配方为NP700-酒石酸-PVPK90-甘羟铝7.5∶0.4∶3∶0.05。结论:该巴布剂配方合理稳定,且性能较好。
Objective: To optimize matrix formulation of Geranium wilfordii cataplasm. Method: With adhesive force, shapability and general sensory as comprehensive evaluation index, ratio of NPT00, tartaric acid, PVP-K90 and dihydroxy alumimun aminoacetate were chosen as investigated factors, L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was used to evaluate properties of cataplasm with different materials ratio. Result: Optimum matrix formulation of cataplasm was NP700-tartaric acid-PVP K90-dihydroxy alumimun aminoacetate 7.5: 0.4: 3: 0.05. Conclusion: This optimized formulation was feasible and stable with better performance.
