摘要
以区域的可持续发展为前提 ,把社会、经济、环境作为一个协调发展的整体 ,全面探讨了制约移民环境容量的主要因素及衡量移民环境容量的重要指标 ,并提出移民环境容量估算的原则和方法 .结合三峡库区开县的实例 ,着重介绍顺向寻优 ,即线性加权多目标规划的方法在农村移民环境容量研究中的应用 .
Taking the regional sustainable development as a prerequisit e and considering the society, economy and environment as a whole system of harmon ious development, the major restricted factors to the environmental carrying cap acity for population displacement and resettlement (ECCPDR) are ascertained. The n the important indicators for measuring the carrying capacity, and the estimati ng principle and method are comprehensively approached. By means of the case stu dy on Kaixian County, Three-Gorge Reservoir area, the “consequent optimization seeking”, namely the linear weighting multi-objective planning method, utiliz ed for the study on ECCPDR in rural area is emphatically discussed.
