摘要
目的探讨经脐入路单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术的适应症和临床疗效。方法回顾分析32例行保胆取石的临床资料。采用经脐入路单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术。结果 32例均成功完成经脐入路单孔腹腔镜联合硬质胆道镜保胆取石术,无中转开腹,术后无胆漏。术后随访B超结果显示胆囊功能良好。结论经脐入路单孔腹腔镜联合硬质胆道镜保胆取石术安全可行的,并具有创伤小、痛苦轻、疗效好、复发率低等优点。
[Objective] To investigate the indications and clinical effects of the trans-umbilical laparoscopic single site gallbladder-preserving surgery.[Methods] The data of 32 cases were analyzed retrospectively.There were 20 female and 12 male patients underwent the trans-umbilical laparoscopic single site gallbladder-preserving surgery.[Results] 32 cases were successfully finished by trans-umbilical laparoscopic single site gallbladder-preserving surgery.The results of B b-ultrasound showed that gall bladder worked well.[Conclusion] The trans-umbilical laparoscopic single site gallbladder-preserving surgery has the advantages of safety,less pain,better clinical curative effect and low recurrence rate.
