低温等离子并下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的探讨

Clinical observation of coblator plasma joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

目的探讨低温等离子并下鼻甲骨折外移对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法选取142例慢性肥厚性鼻炎的患者随机分为治疗组(72例)和对照组(70例)。治疗组予以低温等离子并下鼻甲骨折外移治疗,对照组予以微波治疗。结果治疗前后两组患者治愈率及总有效率差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论低温等离子并下鼻甲骨折外移手术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎安全、有效、准确的治疗方法,是值得临床推广使用的一种治疗方法。

[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of coblator plasma surgery joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.[Methods] 142 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group（72 cases） and control group（70 cases）.Coblator plasma joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture was used in treatment group and microware was used in control group.[Results] There was significant difference in these two groups between the total response rate（P 0.01）.[Conclusion] Coblator plasma joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture has remarkable curative effect on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and is a therapeutic method worthy to extend in clinic.
