我国服务业外商直接投资的决定因素分析——基于行业面板数据的实证检验

The Determinants of Chinese Service FDI:An Analysis based on an Empirical Test of the Industry Panel Data

什么是服务业外商直接投资最主要的决定因素?以往文献存在一定的争论,有观点认为市场因素最主要,还有观点认为前期服务业FDI和制造业FDI对当前服务业FDI的流入最重要。本文利用我国1997～2008年各服务业分行业的面板数据对我国服务业外商直接投资的决定因素进行实证检验。结果表明,没有前期服务业FDI流入时,我国的市场规模、贸易开放度、经济增长率及服务业发展水平是吸引服务业FDI的主要因素;而存在前期服务业FDI时,制造业FDI、前期服务业FDI的流入,即集聚因素成为吸引服务业FDI的主要因素。

What are the most important determinants of service sector foreign direct investment? There is controversy another in the previous literature.One argument is that the most important factor affecting service FDI is market scale,the another is that initial service FDI and manufacture FDI are the most important factors.This paper uses the data of Chinese service sub-sectors from 1997~2008 and uses panel data methods to empirically study the determinants of Chinese service inward FDI.It finds that,if there is no initial service FDI inflow,the size of market,the economic growth and the development level of service are the main determinants of service FDI.If there is pre-service FDI,the manufacturing FDI,initial service FDI and human capital are the main factors that affect service FDI.
