摘要
对弱酸型离子交换树脂的油脂脱胶进行了实验,并探讨了其吸附动力学和热力学行为,通过对比拟合不同温度下Langmuir和Freundlich方程,发现Freundlich方程可以较好地描述实验条件下树脂对磷脂的吸附行为,40℃下的方程为y=2.028 1x+0.391 4,回归系数R2=0.950 4,50℃下的方程为y=1.816 5x+0.405 4,回归系数R2=0.940 7,并推测出吸附过程中ΔH>0,ΔG>0,ΔS>0,表明实验条件下树脂脱胶是微量吸热的过程,磷脂在树脂上发生的是复杂的多层吸附。
Degumming of oil by weak acid ion exchange resin was conducted and the thermodynamic and kinetic model of the resin were studied. The action of degumming by resin in the experiment condition could be better described by Freundlich equation after compared the relative standard deviation between the Langmuir and Freundlich at different temperture. The equations were y = 2. 028 lx + 0. 391 4 (R2 = 0.950 4) and y = 1.816 5x + O. 405 4 ( R2 = 0.940 7 ) at 40 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively, and ZIH 〉 0 ,AG 〉 0 ,AS 〉0 were got for further study. The study indicated that the adsorption for phospholipid on the resin surface in degumming process was the multi - layer adsorption and the degumming was a micro - endo- thermal process.
