儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断与治疗 被引量：14

Diagnosis and Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Children

摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是全球最常见的感染源之一,我国5岁以下儿童感染率达50%以上,每年以3%～10%的速度递增,与胃炎和消化性溃疡的发生密切相关,已被世界卫生组织归为A类致癌物质。Hp感染的诊断分为侵入性和非侵入性2大类技术,根除Hp的黄金标准是三联疗法(质子泵抑制剂+两种抗生素),益生菌的使用可减少此疗法的不良反应,提高其耐受性和依从性。实用儿科临床杂志,2012,27(19)
