中国共产党的执政方略与干部教育的关系——延安时期党的建设路径探析

延安时期是中国共产党走向成熟与发展并在陕甘宁边区和其他根据地局部执政的重要时期,也是党中央依据抗日战争和解放战争的形势与任务,制定并贯彻各项路线、方针、政策,形成党的执政方略的重要时期。其间,党中央和边区政府很好地处理了党的执政方略与干部教育的关系问题,在二者之间建立起一座既紧密联系又交流畅通的桥梁,开辟了延安时期党的建设的一条有效路径,也积累了正确处理二者关系的许多宝贵经验,对于新时期加强党的先进性和执政能力建设具有重要的现实意义。

Yan An period was the vital days when CCP reigned over border areas like Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia on the way to maturate and develop;as well as when CCP legislated and carried out course of action,guiding principle and policy to form ministerial strategy.Meanwhile,CCP along with local governments excellently solved the conflict of Ministerial strategy and Cadre education,mating them tightly.During Yan An period,CCP inaugurated an effective path for Party construction and accumulated experience for handling the relationship,which has great importance for improving the Ministerial ability of the party in modern society.
