摘要 在恒温条件下进行单体电池放电实验,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电池组设计方案进行热模拟,得到任意时刻各单体电池的温度分布。以上述实验和模拟结果为基础,预测了给定放电电流曲线下整个电池组的放电电压曲线。预测结果和电池的实测值比较接近,具备了工程应用价值。 Based on discharge data of thermal cells and thermal simulation result from ANSYS,the discharge voltage-time curve of entire thermal battery was forecasted on the given load profile.The simulation result accords with experiment,so the performance simulation can guide the design of thermal battery.
