摘要
基于CY8C 24423A单片机,以电动自行车的控制器为主要研究对象,设计了开关电源电路和无刷直流电机的驱动电路,实现了稳定的15 V及5 V控制器及单片机的电源电压,无刷直流电动机的位置检测,转速计算,电流与转速调节,PWM信号的生成以及故障信号的处理等功能。通过Pspice对电路进行仿真的实验中,验证了该设计方案的可行性。
With the controller of electric bicycle as the study object and based on the single chip microcomputer of CY8C24423A,the power circuit and the drive circuit of brushless DC motor was designed,and a stable 15 V and 5 V power supply voltage of controller and single chip microcomputer was achieved with the functions of position detection of brushless DC motor,speed calculation,current and speed regulation,generation of PWM signal and processing of fault signal and others.Under the help of the simulation software of Pspice,the experiment result shows the strong stability and reliability of the whole control system.
