摘要 PIC 33FJ16GS504是专门用于设计数字电源系统的数字信号控制器DSC,由40 MIPS的16位MCU、单周期17位×17位累乘器的DSP内核、智能电源外设IPP三个主模块构成。其中的IPP模块将电源PWM发生器、高速10位模数转换器ADC和高速模拟比较器这三种外设高度集成互连,三种外设互相协作就可产生并控制PWM的输出波形而无须MCU的直接干预。基于PIC 33FJ16GS504数字信号控制器,设计了带同步整流功能的全桥转换器硬件电路,并完成了带负载共享补偿功能的平均电流模式数字控制器相关软件调试。 PIC33FJ16GS504 is a kind of digital signal controller(DSC) especially for digitally controlled power supply design,which consists of three main modules including 16_bit MCU with 40 MIPS operating speed,DSP engine with 17_bit by 17_bit multiplier and intelligent power peripherals(IPP) module.IPP module consists of power supply PWM generator,high_speed 10_bit ADC and high_speed analog comparator,and these peripherals can be used to generate PWM output signal without interruptting MCU operation.Based on PIC33FJ16GS504,the hardware design of full_bridge converter with sync rectifier and software arithmetic of digital average current mode controller with load sharing function was presented.
