摘要
概述了家猪线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的一些特点 ,着重讨论了家猪mtDNA多态性的最新研究成果 ,详细论述了mtDNA多态性在家猪的起源、进化、分类以及群体遗传结构分析等方面的应用 。
In addition to some characteristics of mtDNA in swine Mitochondria were desctibed,the recent results on diversity of swine's mtDNA and It's application in the origin,evolution,class and mass inheritant structure were especially discussed and the developing's tendency on studies of swine's mtDNA were predicted.
