摘要 采用超声方法对竹材进行处理,分析了超声处理对竹材营养物质的去除和防霉特性的影响。结果表明:从竹材中抽提出来的物质的含量和超声功率、超声时间成正比。超声处理不但可以延缓竹材霉菌的出现时间还可以使霉变率有所降低。对照组试件上最先出现霉菌,超声功率越大,霉菌出现的越晚。对照组试件的霉变率最高,霉变率越高,霉变质量损失就越大。超声时间对竹材霉菌的出现和霉变率几乎没有影响。 The influences of ultrasonic treatment on nutrition removal and anti-mold ability of bamboo were analyzed.The results showed that the content of the extraction was proportional to ultrasonic power and time.Ultrasonic could both delay the appearance time of mold and reduce the mildewing rate.The mold first appeared on the control group.The stronger the ultrasonic power was,the later the mold appeared.The mildewing rate of the control group was the highest.The higher the mildewing rate was,the larger the mass loss.Ultrasonic treatment time hardly had any influence on the appearance of mold and mildewing rate.
