摘要
轻型数控成形机是基于无模化制造技术而开发的一种可直接对砂型进行加工以获得所需铸型的数字化成形设备,其主体结构是整个成形机的基础和框架,也是承载压力的最重要组件。因此,轻型数控成形机主体结构的设计与开发不仅直接影响成形机的性能与使用寿命,而且是反映成形机整体设计水平的重要因素。本研究通过有限元模拟对成形机主体结构的两种设计方案分别进行静力学分析以及模态分析,优化出更为合理的结构方案,并确保成形机整体安全、可靠。其研究结果为轻型数控成形机的结构设计提供了有效的理论依据。
Light numerical control (NC for short) forming machine is digital forming equipment, which was based on the development of manufacturing technology without pattern, and could get mold by processing sand directly. The main structure is not only the foundation and framework of the entire machine, but also the most important part forbearing the pressure. Therefore the design and development of the main structure have directly impact on the performance and service life of the forming machine, which is an important factor to reflect the level of the overall design. In this paper, statics and modal analysis of two design of the main structure were made through finite element simulation, and the more reasonable scheme was optimized, by which the safety and reliability of forming machine was ensured. The research results provide an effective theoretical basis for the structural design of the light NC forming machine.
