摘要
GX-12CrMoVNbN铸钢件是百万千瓦超超临界汽轮机中的主要部件。针对该钢种铸件出现的大量气孔缺陷进行了分析。通过采取强化熔炼工艺、改进浇注工艺、优化铸造工艺等一系列措施,有效地防止了铸件气孔的产生。
The GX-12CrMoVNbN steel castings are the main parts of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine, which easily form lots of blowholes. The formation cause of blowhole was analyzed, and some measures such as refining melting, modifying pouring, optimizing process were taken. Blowholes of steel castings were prevented effectively.
