摘要
研究了磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠4种磷酸盐对水玻璃型砂常温强度和高温残留强度的影响。研究表明,用焦磷酸钠改性的水玻璃型砂常温强度最高,溃散性最好。确定了作为改性剂的焦磷酸钠的最佳用量,并从微观结构分析了焦磷酸钠对水玻璃的改性机理。
The influences of four kinds of phosphates such as disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4), sodium tripolyphosphate (Na5P3O10), sodium hexametaphosphate ((NaPO3)6), and sodium pyrophosphate (Na4P2O7) on the sodium silicate-bonded sand strength at room and high temperature were studied. The experiment results show that the sand strength modified by sodium pyrophosphate at room temperature was the highest and the collapsibility presented the best state. The suitable dosage of Na4P2O7 as modifier has been ascertained. The modification mechanism of sodium silicate modified by Na4P2O7 was analyzed from microstructure.
