摘要 人因工程(Human Factors Engineering,HFE)采用系统工程的思想来研究人-机-环境系统,其目标是提高工作绩效和满足人们的价值取向。本文分析HFE在有效提高医学工程服务、突出"以人为本"的管理和标准化管理方面的必要性和作用,总结了HFE在医疗器械可用性评估、作业空间设计和改进、医疗器械人机系统安全性分析和评价、医学工程组织设计四个领域的具体应用。医学工程引入HFE的理论和方法有利于从系统、人因和安全的视角去审视医学工程中的各种人因问题,进而设计和改进医学工程服务系统。 Human Factors Engineering (HFE) adopts system engineering to research human-machine- environment system, aiming to improve work performance and meet people's value orientation. The necessities and effects of effective clinical engineering services, person-centered management and standardization management with HFE are analyzed. The specific application of HFE in four clinical engineering fields such as usability evaluation of medical devices, design and improvement of work space, safety analysis and assessment of medical device human-machine system, organization and design of medical engineering are summarized in this paper. Introduction of HFE theory and method into clinical engineering can assist surveying kinds of human factors issues from a systematic, human factors based and safe view, and thus help to design and improve a clinical engineering service system.
