The lack of high quality purchasing staff is the core matter that has restricted the development of medical equipment purchasing business. This paper analyzes five kinds of basic professional quality, including moral quality, professional skills, cost consciousness, communication skills and learning desire. It also suggests to construct modern purchasing team from ability training, evaluation, program construction, and risk control.
