摘要 目的评价多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在儿童气道异物检查中的应用价值。方法 670例疑有气道异物的患儿采用低剂量扫描参数,结合MPR、MinIP、VR及CTVE后处理方法对重建图像综合分析,将分析结果与纤维支气管镜对照。结果 CT诊断异物539例,经纤支镜取出异物521例,诊断符合率96.6%,部位符合率100%。结论采用低剂量扫描技术可大幅度减少儿童接受的辐射剂量,结合图像后处理技术,对气道异物的诊断和定位准确率高,在临床上有重要应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the application value of low-dose mnlti-slice spiral CT for foreign bodies in respiratory tract examination of children. Methods Scaned 670 patients suspected with foreign bodies in respiratory tract with low-dose scanning parameter, analyzed synthetically for reconstruction images combined with Multi-planar Projection Rc-construction(MPR), Minimum Intensity Projection(Min-IP), Volume-rendered(VR) and CT Virtual Endoscopy(CTVE) post-processing methods, and compared the analysis results with the results of the fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Results Diagnosis coincidence rate of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT for foreign body in respiratory tract was 96.6%(foreign bodies were diagnosed in 539 patients by CT and 521 patients were confirmed by bronchi endoscopy), and the coincidence rate of location about foreign body was 100%. Conclusion The application of low- dose scanning technology can greatly reduce the radiation of X-ray to children, combining it with image- processing technology, it not only has a high accuracy rate for diagnosis and location of foreign body in respiratory tract, but also has an important value in the clinical application.
