摘要 目的探讨超声心动图在胎儿先天性心血管畸形的筛查与诊断临床价值。方法对来我院就诊的26708例孕妇,进行产前胎儿先天性心血管畸形超声筛查,将阳性胎儿的超声心动图诊断结果与引产后和/或出生后胎儿病理解剖超声心动图结果进行对比分析。结果在26708例胎儿中,共筛选出53例先天性心血管畸形,对其中50例进行了随访,3例失访(5.7%),50例中20例胎儿经生后超声检查证实,占40%;26例经引产后病理解剖证实,占52%。总体符合率为92%(46/50),其中10例合并其他畸形。结论胎儿彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断胎儿先天性心脏病具有较高的准确性,是胎儿心脏畸形不可替代的影像检查技术。 Objective To explore the role of prenatal screening ultrasound in screening and diagnosing value of ultrasonic cardiogram in fetal congenital cardiovascular abnormalities. Methods The entire cohort of 26708 pregnant women carry on the screening of congenital cardiovascular abnormalities of prenatal fetal. The positive fetal echocardiographic diagnosis results are compared with echocardiographic findings of fetal pathological anatomy after odinopoeia and / or birth. Results In the entire cohort of 26708 fetuses, 53 fetuses are suspected of CHD, of which 50 cases are successfully followed up, and 3 cases are failed to follow up. 20/50(40.0%)cases with suspected of CHD are comfirmed by postnatal echocardiography, 26/50(52%) fetuses are comfirmed by autopsy after induced labor. Overall diagnostic accordance rate is 92.0%(46/50). Conclusion Prenatal color echocardiography has higher accuracy in diagnosing fetal CHD, and is an irreplaceable image diagnosis technology in fetal heart deformity.
