摘要
在对虚拟参考咨询人员高校在校培养的含义进行界定的基础上,对当前我国虚拟参考咨询人员高校在校培养的现状、存在的问题进行了分析,针对存在的问题、困难和挑战,提出了院/系—馆模式是解决我国虚拟参考咨询人员高校在校培养问题的有效途径。
The paper defines the meaning and significance of university education and training of virtual reference staff, and analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of it. And besed on the problems, difficulties and challenges, it proposes a new approach, college/department-library model, to improve the training of the virtual reference staff.
