地方院校的特色数据库从建设方式及选题的层次上分为基础型、互补型、组织型三类,地方院校根据本校性质和特点有针对性地选择数据库类型进行建设,可避免重复,节约资源,改变无序建设现状,达到数量和质量的优化。

The characteristic database of local colleges and universities are divided into three classes： that is basic, that is complementary, and that is organizational, from the construction of and topic levels. According to the nature and characteristics, local colleges and universities can make a targeted selection of the types of database construction, aiming at avoiding repetition, saving resources and getting the quantity and quality of optimization.
