摘要
为了应对查新高峰,解决科技查新数量的急剧增长、学科分布的日益广泛与查新人员数量不足、专业难以齐全的矛盾,文章开发了基于网络的科技查新工作平台,实现了课题的网上委托、查新机构及用户管理、查新过程管理等功能,并开展了区域内科技、教育等不同系统查新机构的网上协同服务,实现了查新人力和文献资源的共享,减少了高峰时期用户的等待时间,拓展了查新机构的服务能力。
Facing the imbalance between manpower shortage and peak demand in novelty search, the paper describes a web-based working platform for novelty search to carry out agency management, process management, and business management, and presents a new model of regional collaboration service about sci-tech novelty search. Practices show that the model of regional collaboration service is successful： sharing manpower and literature resources, reducing waiting time for users, extending the novelty search service capacity.
