摘要
文章通过介绍美国康奈尔大学图书馆的校友服务,包括借阅服务、特色资源服务、咨询服务等,以及其校友服务的特色,并结合我国高校图书馆的情况,在实行制度化管理、提供以电子资源为主的服务、加快特色馆藏的数字化建设、逐步开展多元化的信息服务等方面得出启示。
The paper introduces Cornell University Library＇s alumni services, including borrowing and delivery, electronic resources, digital collections and additional services, as well as its Alumni Service features. Combining the services above with the actual situation of university libraries in China, it gets some experiences, which are practicing institutionalized management, providing electronic resources service, accelerating the construction of digital collections and carrying out diversified information service gradually.
