摘要
指出当前在用电安全技术方面存在的问题 ,呼吁广大电力技术干部 ,科技人员高度重视用电安全技术 。
This article points out some problems existing in the respect of safe operration of electricity and calls on all the electric technical personnel as well as scientific and technical personnel to attach great importance to the problem and alter the present situation as quickly as possible.
