摘要
近年来,浙江大学绍兴医院坚持以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,把加强医患关系建设与核心价值观、医院管理和文化建设等活动紧密相结合,从积极开展价值观大讨论、注重医务人员的人性化管理、加强患者的人文关怀以及深入探索医学人文思想等多方面入手,开展了一系列的创新医患关系建设的探索与实践活动,有力地推动了医院的整体建设与发展。
In recent years, in the Shaoxing Hospital, with the guidance of the "Three Represents" important thinking, activities for strengthening of doctor patient relationship building and core values, hospital management and cultural construction were closely integrated. With debate on values, focus on humane management of the medical staff, emphasizing humanity in patient care, in depth exploration of medical humanities, a series of innovative doctor patient relationship building activities were carried out, providing a strong impetus to the overall construction and development of the hospital.
