摘要
喉癌手术病人由于呼吸改道、交流障碍、自我形象改变,病人及家属缺乏相关疾病知识等因素影响,对患者功能恢复、出院后护理都造成不良影响。我科自2010年6月起对喉癌手术病人实施健康教育路径管理,规范了护理行为,提高了护理质量及病人满意率,对患者病情转归及功能恢复有明显效果。
Breathing diversions, communication barriers, changes in self-image in laryngeal cancer surgical patients and the lack of relevant knowledge of the disease in the patients and their family members impact the functional recovery of patients after their discharge. Since June 2010, our department has started the health education of laryngeal cancer surgery patients with standardized nursing which improved the quality of care and patient satisfaction rate and had a demonstrable effect on the outcome of the patient＇s condition and functional recovery.
