摘要
针对国内航空、航天及机械等工业领域对中大型设备旋转叶片进行锥体高度测量的需求,提出了一种利用光学强度的变化来测量旋转叶片锥体高度的新方法,对该方法进行了理论分析和计算,并详细分析了利用该方法的新型传感器的设计与应用。在地面实验平台上对该方法进行了实验验证,结果表明:该方法测量旋转叶片锥体高度时间短、数据准确、使用方便,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the requirement of cone height measurement of rotating blades of large and medium-sized equipment in the industrial areas such as aviation,aerospace,and mechanical,etc.A new method for cone height measurement of rotating blades using change of the optical intensity is introduced,theoretical analysis and calculation is caried out.Design and application of a new sensor using this new method is analyzed in detail.This method is verified by experiment on the ground testing platform.The result shows that this method is fast,accurate and convenient,and it has high practical values.
