摘要
由于金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)的温度是各种参数影响的结果,故准确地判别MOA是否工作在热稳定状态,是避雷器在线监测的重要内容。分析了声表面波(SAW)温度传感器的测温原理,利用无线无源SAW温度传感器设计了MOA比例单元温度测量的应用方案,通过实验室比例单元热特性的研究,验证了SAW技术应用在避雷器无线无源测温系统中的可行性,对实现MOA在线监测有重要意义。
The temperature of the metal oxide arrester(MOA)is the results of various parameters affecting,therefore,accurately judge whether MOA work in the thermal steady state is the important content of the arrester on-line monitoring.Measurement principle of surface acoustic wave(SAW)temperature sensor is analyzed using wireless passive SAW temperature sensor,applications scheme of scale unit MOA temperature measurement is designed,through researching on the laboratory scale unit thermal characteristics,the feasibility of application of SAW technology in the arrester wireless passive temperature measuring system is verified,the accuracy of measurement parameters is improved,it has important meaning to realize MOA on-line monitoring.
