Current computer telephony systems are always special systems, without dynamic flow,and it is diffcult to manage the systems for a mass of voice files are used in information index,wasting much space. The authors discuss the technical implement of general computer telephony platform. General computer telephony platform, which provides users the interface for manage ment and can satisfy varieties of requests, resolves the disadvantages of current computer telephony platform, supporting multi applications.
