摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法、重量法分别测定了黑龙江、新疆、安徽产甘草中糖、皂甙、黄酮的含量,并进行了对比研究。结果表明四种产地甘草中糖、皂甙、黄酮的含量均较高,是甘草中的有效成分。分析比较结果还表明黑龙江产甘草质量优于其它产地.
A comparative research on the contents of saccharides, sponins and flavonids was given in glycyrhiza uralensis fisch from Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Anhui by UV, Weight. The results showed that the constituents of saccharides, sponins and flavonoids were very high and were available compositions in glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch in four different areas. The comparative analytical results indicated that the quality of glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch in Heilongjiang was better than other areas.
