:从噪声免疫、功率消耗、电容耦合三个方面在理论上分析了混合信号系统中不可靠性问题产生的原因 ,提出了提高混合信号系统可靠性的几条原则和技术措施 ,并应用于 980 JX‘ 732混合信号系统中 。

This paper theoretically analyzed the reason of fallibility problem that a mixed signal system often brings about.The paper discussed the cause from three aspects, the chirp sound immunity, the power depletion and electric?contain coupling,and provided some principles and technical measures to improve the reliability of mixed signal system, which have been successfully used into a mixed signal system called 980JX?732.
