摘要
目的探讨破裂前循环脑动脉瘤行显微手术治疗疗效观察研究。方法对该院自2003—2009年收治的78例破裂前循环脑动脉瘤患者行显微手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者中有84.6%预后较好,15.3%患者重残及死亡。出血后0~24h手术的患者其致残及致死率均显著低于其它两时间段手术患者（P〈0.05）,术后患者复查颅内血肿、血块基本消失;有22例患者复查MRA显示动脉瘤消失。结论尽早的确诊并早期手术,以及术者所拥有的丰富的显微外科手术经验和技术,都可减少动脉瘤破裂再出血机率,对挽救患者的生命安全有着重要的影响。
Objective To investigate the ruptured anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms of microsurgical operation curative effect observation.Methods Treated 78 cases of ruptured anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms undergoing microsurgical operation patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results All the patients in the 84.6% patients with better prognosis,15.3% severely disabled and death.Hemorrhage after operation in patients with 0~24 h morbidity and mortality rates were significantly lower than the other two time of operation（P0.05）,patients with postoperative cases of intracranial hematoma,clot disappeared;22 patients were reexamined by MRA revealed disappearance of the aneurysm.Conclusion Early diagnosis and early operation,and the operation of the wealth owned by microsurgical operation experience and technology,can reduce the risk of aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage probability,to save the patient＇s life safety has important influence.
