高压氧并神经外科治疗与单纯神经外科治疗重型颅脑损伤病人的疗效分析

Effect analysis of hyperbaric oxygen with neurosurgical treatment and only neurosurgical treatment to patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的研讨高压氧并神经外科治疗与单纯神经外科治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院收治的重型颅脑损伤的患者128例,随机分为2组,治疗组患者66例,采用高压氧联合神经外科治疗;对照组患者62例,采用单纯神经外科治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,并对患者的预后情况进行分析。结果治疗组患者的临床效果及预后情况明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高压氧并神经外科治疗重型颅脑损伤临床疗效显著,患者预后情况好,适宜临床广泛应用。

Objective Discussed the clinical treated effect of hyperbaric oxygen with neurosurgical treatment and with only neurosurgery to treat severe traumatic brain injury.Methods Selected our hospital with severe head injury patients（n=128） randomLy divided into two groups,treatment group 66 cases with hyperbaric oxygen combined with neurosurgery treatment;control group 62 cased used simple neurosurgical,compared two groups＇ clinical effect,and analysed the patient＇s prognosis.Results The clinical effects and prognosis in treatment group was better than control group,was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined neurosurgical to treat severe traumatic brain injury had a significant clinical effect,and prognosis was good,suitable for clinical widely used.
