三联疗法联合施维舒治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床分析

Triple therapy associated with Shi Weishu in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis clinical analysis

目的探讨三联疗法联合施维舒治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法 2009年2月—2011年3月经电子胃镜确诊的慢性糜烂胃炎77例,随机分2组:治疗组给予埃索美拉唑20mg、克拉霉素500mg、替硝唑500mg,均为2次/d,口服1周,1周后用埃索美拉唑20mg,1次/d,施维舒50mg3次/d,口服4周;对照组给予埃索美拉唑20mg,2次/d,口服4周。治疗4周胃镜复查。结果 4周后疗程结束时治疗组总有效率94.8%,对照组总有效率73.6%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联疗法联合施维舒治疗糜烂性胃炎能显著改善患者症状,能促进胃黏膜糜烂的愈合,减轻炎症反应,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the triple therapy associated with Shi Weishu in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis with.Methods From 2009February to 2011 3 menstrual electronic gastroscope chronic erosive gastritis in 77 cases,were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group was given of Esomeprazole in20 mg,500 mg,500 mg clarithromycin and Tinidazole,are2 times a day,orally for 1 weeks,1 weeks after esomeprazole20mg,1 times a day,Shi Weishu 50 mg3 times a day,orally for 4 weeks;the control group was given esomeprazole20 mg,2 times a day,orally for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment endoscopic review.Results After four weeks at the end of the treatment,the treatment group total effectiveness 94.8%,control group,the total efficiency of 73.6%,comparison of the two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The triple therapy associated with Shi Weishu in the treatment of erosive gastritis can significantly improve patient symptoms,can promote the gastric mucosal erosion healing,reduce inflammation,improve the cure rate.
