15例不稳定性肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗体会

Surgical treatment and clinical effect for unstable scapula fractures

目的探讨肩胛骨骨折的手术适应症、手术方法和效果。方法回顾分析2004年3月—2012年5月对该院收治的15例不同类型不稳定性肩胛骨骨折行切开复位内固定手术治疗。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间6~24个月,平均14个月,术后X线片显示复位满意。根据Hardegger功能评定标准：优12例,良2例,可1例;优良率93%。结论根据不同类型不稳定性肩胛骨骨折,选择合适的手术入路和固定方法,早期行功能锻炼均可获得满意的临床效果。

Objective To explore the operative indication,surgical methods and clinical effect of scapula fractures.Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 patients from march 2004 to august 2011 in our hospital with different types of instable scapula fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up.The mean follow-up was 14 months（range,6 to 24months）,X-ray showed satisfactory reduction after operation.According Hardegger function evaluation： excellent in 12 cases,good in 2 cases,fair in 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 93%.Conclusion Select the appropriate surgical approach and fixation according to different types of scapular fractures,and satisfactory clinical results can be obtained through early exercises.
